My husband and I have returned again, and again to Steak & Ale for 7 years. The food is always good. If there's a problem, they correct it. My 2 sons attend with us. Never any issues, service always good. Steaks are awesome and for the price, very good. This is what keeps us coming back.

We stopped to have dinner here with our 8 year old daughter and sat for 10 minutes while waiters passed us by ... no water ... no drink order ... no nothing. Even after my husband went up to the "nose in the air" hostesses to request a waiter, we were still left sitting there. Soooo, that is why the food is not rated WE WALKED OUT.
