I am from LC. We now live in Texas and my husband has become a Spanish Kitchen freak. We are addicted to the salsa and red and green enchilada plates. Every time we are in town we go to Spanish Kitchen and eat. Yummy!

I've been going to the Spanish Kitchen since I was a kid. I'm >40 years old now and to this day will make it a point to visit the Spanish Kitchen. A trip to Las Cruces and not eating at the Spanish Kitchen is like a day without sunshine. Great food! haven't found any better.

The Spanish Kitchen offers THE finest example of authentic and traditional Mesilla/Hatch valley red chile enchiladas in Las Cruces. Others are good...this is the best. The pre-dinner salsa, tacos and warm bread also make this a do not miss dining experience. The ambience is lacking, but locals could care less.

The Spanish Kitchen has a legion of faithful customers. However, the food is average at best. New Mexican cuisine with a limited menu. Service and ambiance are ok...prices a little high for the mediocre quality. Don't avoid it..it is not bad, but don't expect great food.

The red enchiladas are awesome and their rice. I love this place and eat there everytime I come home. If you want awesome mexican food, this is the place to come!!

The food is plentiful, and quick.
There are no food 'frills' but the price is kept down that way too. Lots of high chairs available and a childrens menu. I'll definately return!
We ended up here on my last vacation when Little Nellie's Chile Factory was too crowded, and I'm not sorry. :)
