Sonic of Crowley is really going down. 3 visits ago - 23 minutes before they took my order, 15 more to come out and it was completely wrong. Next visit, 10 minutes to take my order. Tonight, took my order right away and took 14 minutes to get 2 shakes and one of them was wrong.
And that's just the last 3 visits. They were not busy any of these times. Maybe 8 to 10 cars on the lot at the most.
There were at least 6 people inside but only 1 or 2 doing anything. Looked like there was a party going on.
I could give you more but you get the picture. I know good help is hard to find but this is crazy.
The service is getting worse and worse, I truly don't know how you stay in business.
And that's just the last 3 visits. They were not busy any of these times. Maybe 8 to 10 cars on the lot at the most.
