Grand Forks Restaurant Guide

I have been a long time Shangri-la customer for nearly 20 years being that I live only about a half mile from them. They have had their ups and downs but the past year or so the food quality and service has really taken a dive. Our order for food arrived cold and late this evening and to top it off there was no rice. The sweet and sour shrimp were cooked hard and greasy. After two phone calls and another hour of waiting we got our cold rice to go with the cold food. The mangagment doesn't care to give good service. I even asked for replacement food and they won't send it out. I spend $22.50 for nothing. They will never get my money again! Only a fool would order from them again.
