Our family recipes of mouth watering pork ribs that are slowly smoked to the bone, homemade potato salad, coleslaw, grandmothers collards greens, black-eyed peas, and red beans & rice are a few of our customers favorites.We specialize in the most tender beef back ribs and beef brisket around, and we top it off with Redhill's famous BBQ sauce.
