 This restaurant has always been a good one to go to. From the food to the service, this place is amazing. Usually you have to wait forever to get seated in a chain restaurant like this, but not us. We got seated immediately. The service was awesome! The people who sat us were very polite and asked us what we preferred. Our waiter was very kind and friendly. Not only was he fast and efficient, but he tried to stir up a conversation with us. Service would get an A+ from me.
Not only was the service very nice, but they were also very fast and very well organized. Usually when you go to a restaurant that is busy, the service tends to become a little unorganized. But that wasn’t the case for this place. Not only did we get seated fast, but we also got our food fast. The restaurant was pretty packed at the time my family decided to go and we were actually expecting to be in for a long wait. It was defiantly a nice surprise to see how organized and calm they can be during a rush. Even the biggest rush couldn’t stop this crew.
The commercials do not lie when they say that this place has the best burgers. My brother Jacob, my dad, and I all got different sandwiches. Not only did the description match the burgers exactly, but when we tasted each others, we were very happy with taste. My brother said “I normally hate swiss but on this burger YUM!” Nothing was overcooked or undercooked. Yes this place isn’t very fancy, but they still took the time to make sure that the food looked good in each of our baskets. There was no sloppiness with the way the food tasted or with the way it was put together.
So if you are looking for a good Red Robin, you should defiantly give this one in Fort Collins a try. Awesome food plus amazing service equals a super awesome time with family.
