 Our last 3 visits to the Ram were not relaxing or friendly, & our visit on 7-2-04 was the most unpleasant yet. The waitress was rude from the beginning, ignored us for over 20 minutes between each food & beverage order, & even getting the bill so we could leave was a challenge. Our past experiences were similar; the waitresses ignored my friend-who's in a wheelchair-& myself, yet the males in the room received much more timely & friendly services. As a professional woman, & a supervisor of staff who provide life-saving services, I wouldn't accept this type of behavior, & I don't plan on visiting the Ram in the future, nor recommend it to my family & friends.

 They added an automatic 15% Gratuity for a party of 5, which is extremely annoying. Waitresses should have to earn their tip, not automatically get it. Our waitress was rude, and did not check back to see how things were. Plus, services was very slow.

 The Ram is a great place for a wonderful dinner or watching a college football game on a Saturday afternoon. I highly recommend it!!
