 Food is authentically delicious; clean and friendly though the service is ok.

When I went down to South Florida this is one of the better looking and clean Chinese restaurant I dined in. Most mom and pops are only know for their food but not cleanliness but Pepper's is the exception. It is very nicely decorated and the food and service was great. They have authentic Chinese cuisine with a distinctive flare. Give it a try if you are looking for tasty food without the sacrifice of cleanliness!
