It's a great place that needs work. It's a new place on the water. Haven't had time to break it in yet. Food is great, but the service is okay. Maybe if they work on the advertising and good specials it would be better.

THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION FOR A BAR. BEER IS COLD, SERVICE IS SLOW. FOOD IS NOT RECOMMENDED. PORTIONS ARE VERY SMALL AND NOT WORTH IT. THE MUSIC AND THE VIEW IS THE REASON TO COME HERE. THIS COULD BE A GREAT LATE NIGHT HANGOUT. MAYBE THEY CAN FIX IT. BARBARA BILOXI

Great location and view.Really good Jimmy Buffett band playing outside. Terrible service and so-so food. Too bad--lots of experienced people looking for work.

We were looking for a place on the water where we could have a drink. The beer was not too expensive, but the liquor was on the high side, especially for a week night. The bar staff could use some lessons, as they couldn't make anything more complicated than rum & coke. I asked for a rum punch, and the waitress asked me what was in it. It was a Thursday night, but it was kind of dead. A place like this on a warm night should be jumping. With better drinks & drink specials, this would be the northside's hot happy hour spot. The New Orleans-style BBQ shrimp was killer. They should serve it with more bread to sop up that delicious sauce.

This is not a restaurant, this is a bar that "has food." About 40 people were enjoying the beautiful water view and live music. Many were obviously drunk including women in bikinis. The bartenders were quite busy. We stood for 5 minutes, then sat for 5 minutes. The waitress passed by once, but didn't stop. I never saw a menu, or food. People leaving said there's decent food, "just be patient."

This would be a good place to put a restaurant, but Pelican Cove isn't it.

Great, fun atmosphere! Food was processed and average at best. Service was slow.
