A poor review based on the terrible service. Four guests and one ordered the vegetables with marinara sauce, one ordered pepperoni pizza, the third Caesar salad and the fourth ordered bbq chicken salad. The server didn't know if they carried Coke or Pepsi. After a long wait the vegetable dish was delivered but no sauce, the pizza was delivered but no pepperoni and the bbq chicken salad was delivered. We told the delivering server that a pepperoni pizza was ordered and she took it back to the kitchen (not the original server). After a considerable wait the original server walked by and we were able to snag him and ask where the sauce was and why no Caesar salad. He asked if a Caesar salad was ordered. We told him it was ordered and we also would like refills on the sodas. Another lengthy wait and then the salad arrived but no drinks. The server disappeared and we were forced to go to the front desk and ask for a manager and a new server. The manager came to the table and we expressed our frustrations. He apologized and said he would comp one meal and provide comp deserts. He also got the beverage refills. The explanation was that a server had a family emergency and couldn't come in so a very new server took his place. That was the last we saw of anyone for an extremely long time. Two of our party left the table and went outside to wait. Another long wait and then the check was dropped on the table and the original server went by. We never saw the manager again, we were not comped a meal and there was no dessert.

This was one of the most disappointing dining experiences I have ever had. for $18, I ordered shrimp and pasta in a butter and wine sauce. I got a few shrimp on a plate in a puddle of bland butter and in a small bowl I got spaghetti topped with marinara sauce. It was tasteless and terribly disappointing. The toasted ravioli appetizer was small and tasted like freezer burn. The canneloni dish also tasted like a frozen dinner. If this is what you are looking for, save your self $50 and buy a TV dinner. Also, our waitress disappeared for about 15 minutes before taking our order and admitting, laughing, that she had forgotten us. I would discourage anyone from going to this overpriced eatery.
