 My first time here will unfortunately be my last. This is due to the fact that i have a hard time eating in a dining establishment that has large clumps of dust hanging all over the ceiling. Also, the food seemed mediocre for the price.

I am an undergrad student at the University of Dayton, and my father takes me here to eat when he's in town on business. I've been there several times and had excellent food everytime. Definitely a great treat to get off campus.

Our band "The Fries" (all 5 of us), ate dinner there before we played across the street at The Fraze last summer. We sat out on the patio and had great food with wonderful friendly fun service. There's nothing better than enjoying the outdoor ambience of their patio setting before a concert at The Fraze. Thanks and Bravo to all!!!!

We made reservations the night of a concert so we
would be on time, they were greatly understaffed and blamed everything on the kitchen, needless to
say we were late for the concert and the service was awful. Food was good, but couldn't make up for

My husband and I just went for our anniversary and we can not say enough about what a wonderful experience we had. The food was perfect, as was the setting. We both can't wait to go back!

WE CELEBRATED OUR ANNIVERSARY AT THIS RESTAURANT. THE AMBIENCE WAS EXCELLENT, VERY ROMANTIC! THE STEAKS (FILET MIGNON) WERE SUPERB. WE EAT OUT REGULARLY AND THIS WAS TRULY EXCEPTIONAL.

Have ate at the Old Hichory many many times over the years and the King Cut New York Strip is excellent. I would highly recommend trying this wonderful meal.

I was raised in Dayton and come back ther about 4 times a year for various reasons. These trips always include ribs from old hickory. To me, they are the best after sampling many others. I only eat ribs from Hickory now.
