Food was still frozen, both the first time, and again the second time they brought it out to me. I finally told them to forget it. Waitress then told me that the cooks didn't believe her. I don't live in Janesville anymore so I doubt I will have the misfortune of having to eat there again. Waitress was overall decent about the whole thing.

I love Diamond Dave's food, but, this particular store has the worst, rudest, slowest service I have experienced at any resturant, ever. Example 1: servers bringing you the wrong food, then telling you that is what you ordered, and then arguing with you and your guests when they argee. This has happened on 3 separate occassions. Example 2: trying to seat you in the 3/4 booth next to the bus tray, when there are numerous other, or ALL other booths available, this happens regularly. I have eaten there for over ten years, when I can talk myself into ignoring the bad management and servers I have experienced, and witnessed. I guess I just keep hoping things will change. My suggestion is that you order by carry out, and be able to enjoy.

Their hot sauce and chips are great! The servers are very friendly and the food was great! The happy hour is two for one and they have the best margaritas!

Worst salsa and chips I have had. Salsa is like catsup and chips are hard and unflavorful. The Macho Nachos and Happy Hour drinks are the only reason I go.

Food is very bland and uninteresting. Their salsa tastes like tomato paste with a bunch of black pepper in it, and many of the dishes they serve are covered with hideous black olives. The only redeeming quality is the bartenders, who offer half priced drinks during happy hour.
