 LOVE the food and the waitresses- HATE the crabby old hostess that refuses to let you sit where you would be most comfortable. They FINALLY got rid of the no sandwiches after 5 pm- what genius first thought that up? And wish they hadn'nt taken the divider down that seperated the bar from the dining area-nothing like a drunk staring at you and hitting you in the head with an elbow because the old crabby lady wouldn't let you sit at a nice roomy table.

Love the place. It's amazing that this place isn't busier. The food is great, the service very good. It could use better TV service but overall very good.

Island Cafe has the best food (crabcakes) in all of OC! It is a hidden little gem! I get the crabcakes every time...they are full, fresh and cooked to perfection. The cocktail sauce is homemade and will kick your butt! Spicy and sassy! The steamed veggies are perfect every time. Love it!!! See you soon Island Cafe!!

Cajun Crab Dip is the best! Whether a day, weekend or week vacation, I don't go to Ocean city without planning a dinner or lunch there.

I LOVE THE FOOD, I'VE BEEN COMING TO THIS RESTAURANT FOR THE LAST 7 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER GOTTEN ANYTHING I DIDN'T LIKE.

fantastic, wonderful, the best crab cakes, shrimp salad, cream of crab soup on the eastern shore. It's like walking into Cheers. The staff is great!!!!!!

Hidden Gem is Ocean City. Great Food, friendly staff. We make sure we stop by at least once every vacation.

Great food, Bar staff, fun and quick with service... Cajin crab lumps OUTSTANDING !! Has become a regular visit when we are in town.

The crock of shrimp soup was very tasty with chunks of shrimp and a bit of spice. They have good crab cakes and I am very particular about crab cakes. Not alot of filler....just enough to hold it together.
