 I have lived in Pensacola since the mid 70's and have eaten in every Sushi restaurant between Pensacola and Ft. Walton. Ichiban is THE best Sushi restaurant in my opinion. The rolls are large, the ingredients are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. On Tuesdays, you get $1.50 off each roll - dine in only. The seaweed salad and Bento boxes are delicious.
