The owner, Sam Chang, is one of the foremost soybean researchers in the US. This expertise is reflected in the great taste and consistency of any meals containing tofu. The egg rolls are my favorite in Fargo. The site itself is VERY plain and small. It lends itself mostly to take-out, but you find any other Chinese take-out as good as this.
