The hostess was icy. No, I would not chose to eat in the bar. Our food came missing some of the ingredients. Server forgot to offer grated parmesan on the salad or the pizza. Server was not very friendly. Okay food. Personnel did not seem up to snuff. One group was sitting at a table with a broken chair. Missing ingredients has occurred on other occasions. Last time it was "well we had someone in training." So it was okay to send out an incomplete product? Odd attitudes on the part of the servers.

My friends and I went out for St Patty's day March 15 this year and heard that the kareoke was a fun time so we thought Farrelli's was a great place to go. The bar area was packed, there was a "party" that took 3 tables but could have filled one, and the wait staff (once we finally go their attention) were very hesitant to let us sit on the "dining side" because it was closed. They sat us after about 20 minutes in the dining section and the wait staff was HORRIBLY rude! I'll go back during the day but not at night again, wait staff is very stuck up and not worth the tips my friends and I left that night. (And we ordered and drank LOTS of drinks!!!) It's St Patty's day afterall!

Farrelli's is family- I saw it in their crew and in the mgt. The food is over the top great, but it is nice to see a place geared for the community. I have been to all four locations, Lacey, DuPont(service greatly improved!), Sumner and now Tacoma. This family has figured out the right mixture of down home cooking without taking shortcuts- way to go and keep up the great work!

I am so impressed with Farrelli's. It is so rare to find a place with food as good as the service. It is a family place with a feel good atmosphere! Try the "James Favorite"! I have been to the Lacey, DuPont & Sumner stores, all are a little different in ambiance, but the same quality- Good Job Farrelli Family!

This place was soooooo yummy that I had to go back the next day! The people were friendly and they served breadsticks to the people who were waiting. It is definately worth the trip.

We live in DuPont and eat at Farrellis Pizza quite often. The food is most often quite good, but the service has always been AWFUL. We've brought groups in after work and the service was even worse. I too, am glad we will have more choices to eat in DuPont. I don't mind paying the high prices they charge if the service would be more timely and friendlier.

Tried the new Farrelli's in Sumner, What a mistake!.........This place wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the manager lady, You can't miss her she is over weight, dark hair and her attitude is almost as bad as her booze breath! This "Sweaty Betty" frequents the bar more than her best customers do, and to think she is the one supposed to be running this place. I will never bring my kids there again or anyone else! Also found hair in the overpriced pizza.

Food is always wonderful!! When my sister comes to visit from Plano TX. She always asks if we are having Farrelli's Pizza for dinner. So, of course we always do!! Salads are excellent as well as the pizza! Try the Phil's creation salad. We enjoy both Farrelli's in Dupont and Olympia. Both restaurants are family friendly.

This family owned and operated restaurant is the best. The service is friendly, and the pizza is a special treat.

Excellent food, my favorite place to eat by far.

This restaurant is AWFUL! The food is way overpriced and not good at all. The servers are not friendly and the service is slow. I have eaten at Farrelli's many times over the last year because there is nowhere else to eat in Dupont. I am happy to say that Dupont is getting a new pizza place soon and I will not have to return to Farrelli's. I'd advise everyone to STAY AWAY!!

Food was great but the service was less than should be expected. Two servers for the entire lunch crowd. Got back to work late. The server on our side worked her pizza off.... way too busy. Should have a back up plan to cover such surges.

Food and service is excellent, though overpriced for the menu offerings. The Caeaser salad was perfection, and the Italian bread was to die for, as well as the Lo Carb entree. We enjoyed an extremly warm friendly, and attentive staff. While parking is limited at the Barksdale Station, we would certainly return, although at $18.00 per person for entree, with tea and coffee and one dessert, the visits will not be as frequent; (frequent being defined as 2-3 times per week.) Overall, if you enjoy giving in to your palete with gustatory delights, this place is for you! See ya there!

This is a great place to go whether you are going out for great food or good drinks. The atmasphere is terrific and the staff is kind and helpfull. Try the different combinations of wood fired pizzas and breadsticks are the best.

Wood Fired pizza and great salads. The pizza menu offers many interesting comdinations and flavors. Home made Pizza dough is also used for their breas sticks. The artichoke did wonderful.
