 OUTSTANDING IN EVERY WAY

Food quality was acceptable, but service horrible and close to corrupt: we had our 3 kids, including a baby, so they decided to charge us the group service rate. I made the mistake of double tipping because of this and the manager promised to correct this. Never did so. Next, one of the 'Chefs' is using the restroom next to me and walks out without washing his hands !
We should have known better: if they try to lure you in at the front door - don't go in !

Dining with a group of 8 on Oct. 25, 2003 we sat on the balcony for dinner. Fantasy Fest was in gear and the place was packed. Service was very attentive, especially considering the demand of the hour. Food was delicious. Preparation was very good, presentation good, portions bountiful enough and overall atmospher just great. I go there when I'me in town next.

If you eat here, try to sit out on the balcony to soak in the street scene below. Nothing fancy but a fun place to dine in Key West. Best oysters on the half-shell! Tomato based conch chowder was delicious. The fresh caught fish was perfectly prepared.Pleasant experience overall.
