 I was in there with some friends on Sept 26. We had tried to make reservations earlier that day and were turned down because they required a party of 8. We arrived at 6:30 and it took almost an hour to be seated. I ordered the KS Bone in Strip, it was undercooked, laced with so much gristle I couldn't cut it let alone eat it. Another waitress saw me having issues so she offered to take it back, she didn't see surprised, she said they had a few go back that night. By the time my dinner re-arrived my guests had finished and it had ruined the evening. Again the steak was way undercooked. Rare instead or MR. We were a party of 3 couples paying separately and got a bill for 17% gratuity. I called the mgr over and after several minutes he offered to comp the gratuity, we didn't think the waitress should be penalized for poor food quality and business regulations. He did not comp the sub par food. We paid and left. We won't be back.

We have been to the steak house and the oyster bar, we loved both of them ! The steak was the best i have ever had , cooked perfectly and the oysters were also great , along with the shrimp . We will go again and again !!!

I have been to the Como Steak House twice now and both times I was a little disappointed. The steak did not have much flavor, salad was skimpy, toasted dry white bread.... not what we would normally expect from a $50+ dinner. The second time I tried the grilled shrimp salad and it was their skimpy house salad with a few very tough flavorless shrimp on top. NOT worth the money. Too much hype I guess.

For the past 2 years, we also try to time our trips where we will be coming through Como around supper time. The quality, taste, and portions are second to none. This absolutely the best restaurant for the price we have ever visited, and we travel extensively.

Excellent steak. The atmosphere was very kid friendly. We love to go there with friends and our kids and grandaughter.

Como is a wonderful experience for any age. The 20 ounce ribeye is the best! We love it, and go back week after week.
