 2 years ago 7 of us checked out this place after rave reviews. The wait was excruciating, however, we were told it was well worth it. While at the bar a customer knocked into the waitress and caused her to spill a plate of sausage soup down my back. The plate shattered and cut my friend's foot. We were handed a dirty bar rag and a band aid for my friend and some sorry excuses for an apology. Not a drink or dessert was comped, nor a formal apology from the manager was received. We didn't want to appear that we were searching for a free meal so we bit our lips and paid. After we left i confronted the manager with our experience and he laughed and said he heard and said (after taking our numbers and addresses) that we would be contacted and the situation rectified. We are still waiting!!!! This place knows NOTHING about Customer service and we will not be back!

Went there to eat, drink and watch some Sunday Night Football. For a Bar -- prices are very high compared to other places in the area such as BJ's Brewery or The Islands. Small inside dining area.. Food was pretty good, drink prices are outrageous. $...
