In the words of Homer Simpson, "MMMMMM....barbeque". Just awesome food! The meat is incredible and the side dishes are many and each have their own individual taste. Best I've had. the service was quick and the staff very friendly.

We discovered Cackle & Oink in Texas Highways magazine. My wife and I consider ourselves bbq afficianados. It is the ONLY place we eat our bbq now!! I only wish there was one here in Dallas, but it's still worth the drive.

I've had bbq all through the South. This is by far the best I've ever had. Their beef puts Cooper's of Llano to shame. Their pulled pork would make Big Bob Gibson's of Decatur, AL shake in his boots. Not only is the bbq great but their side dishes are unbelievable too. I can't wait to make it back!

this is the BEST pulled pork, ribs, bbq, chili place in Texas!!!! Excellent food, awesome service, sweet ambience!
