Everett Restaurant Guide

This was a great place untill they went to full service(wait to be seated) took forever and the new waitresses suck and ignore you, go before 4 pm and order at the counter for better service and a better time!

We used to go here alot for meals; but it's dwindled down to about once a month due to economy. Now I don't think we'll be returning for a long time if ever after the poor service we've received the last 2 times we've visited. Yesterday we stopped by for dinner and the waitress who took our order just looked like she was in a horrible mood. Then our food took quite awhile to come out- but it was cooked fairly wel tho the waitress pretty much ignored us. Buzz Inn is suppose to have bottomless fries- so we asked for 1 more order to split. We heard the bell rung as the cook put the fries up... then watched them sit there for the next 10 mins as the waitresses ignored them and us. When we got them finally they were no longer hot- just warm. We finished them and took off. The service there is no longer welcoming or even helpful- and could definitely use a smile, or at least not a scowl. Watch out and avoid the waitress with long black hair and angry facial expression.
