Nice atmosphere and live music, with a limited menu. I am following a vegetarian diet and my wife doesn't eat shellfish (and my mother is alergic) and there were no options on the menu for us (no staples such as eggplant dishes, cheese-based raviolis -- even the meat dishes tended to include shellfish). There are no pasta dishes that are vegetarian by default.
I ordered risotto without shrimp and she ordered salmon without shrimp. To their credit, they were able to alter the recipes for us and the place was very nice.
This is a positive review, but just our way of asking for more options on the menu, especially for those with allergies.
Are we difficult diners? Possibly, but for almost $250 for 4 people, we feel that we are entitled to make recommendations.
Would we return? Depends on the menu and specials, i suppose.
1 Star for kids, because this does not appear to be an appropriate place for kids (not fair to other diners to bring them).
