Best fall off the bone rib value for your dollar. Rustic and fun just look at the memoribilla on the walls. Large potions and you if go away hungry, then shame on you.

I really do wish they would accept Credit Cards. I do not take cash or my Check Book with me. It is a great inconvience.

From a DC lady visiting the Grand-Ol TX...
I have to tell you that the Branding Iron offered the BEST BBQ west of the Carolina's (the east coast girl in me, can’t give up the vinegary BBQ)!
Forget candle lit ambience, violinist strumming musical sentiments or a waiter reciting the undertones of the international wines offered! You get smoked turkey, pulled beef (brisket) smoked spicy sausages and the best beans, potato salad or home cooked fries since the best family reunion you’ve ever attended!
All this and under 10 bucks…need I say more?

This is really good barbecue place. Best to get it to go...very small with little seating and there is always huge lunchtime crowd
