 My family and I went in Boccacinos de Rosemere for supper. When we got there at 6:45 there was only one waiter covering the whole dining room and terrace. He was so hurried that he seemed to almost run from table to table and he smelled like sweat. I ordered the appetizer "Plate of three fish". After 40 minutes of waiting, the plate arrived with the correct presentation but it was inedible.! There were 3 fish that looked more like stones they were cooked so hard. It was necessary for me to use my steak knife to cut my salmon??? The vegetables were cold, cold refrigerated like, or badly defrosted. even the baked potato was cold?!? My wife and our daughter divided a fajita with chicken. The chicken was browned but cold, with over cooked and pasty rice. We mentioned it to the waiter which promptly offered to remake the plates. We declined, as we did not want to wait another 40 minutes before eating. Moreover, the terrace had lots of spiders and dead insects suspended in the curtains, obviously having been there for quite a while. It has been a long time since I have eaten that badly. It is unacceptable that someone would serve these plates to us. NEVER AGAIN.
