 My family and I were in Lafayette for a family reunion. We found the Blue Dog on a recommendation of the desk clerk at the hotel. The food was so good, we ate dinner twice and on the third night, ordered the Gumbo to go. Everything we had was excellent; from the appetizers to the entrees. There were 6 of us and we tried to taste everything. When I got home, I found the website to find out if the Blue Dog shipped their food. I would order on a regular basis if I could. Believe me, as soon as this fuction becomes availble on their website, I will be a regular customer. It was one of the best dining experiences we had while in Lafayette.

 awesome place for brunch,lunch or dinner. I have eaten here many times and have enjoyed every last bite. The decor is great- all artwork by George Rodrigue. Excellent food,service is very good, atmosphere is fun with very frequent live music
