 LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT!!!!!
My kids love this place because they can feed the ducks. They have music on the weekends in the summer. The owners go out of their way to make it pleasant. The staff hustle their buts off. The food is great as well. They have different specials, and a great menu. In the winter it gets a little packed on a Friday night. But the summer no problem. Thumbs way up!!

Contrary to SOME of the ratings, my husband and I have frequented the Pub by ourselves and with family. It is a very romantic location on the bay. The moonlight makes it a warm and inviting restaurant! The food is very well prepared and very satisfying. The service is EXCELLENT! Always look forward to visiting and having a wonderful time!! A++++++++++ !!!!! Can't wait til the annual bake!!! CU then!!

Very nice spot. Food is good, staff is very pleasant, and the venue is tough to beat. The only problem is the poor wine selection. They should let people bring their own bottle and have a corking fee.

The Bayside Pub is a horrible place. The owner clearly has many things to learn about being in the restaurant business. I was there recently and observed more than a few parties leave the establishment when they waited entirely too long for the food. Owner was unapologetic, even cursing at a customer (and the customer did not bait him into doing so). The food is nothing more than typical "bar food". They are unequipped to handle a busy rush for dinner time. I would not recommend this DIVE BAR to anybody. THUMBS DOWN.

Friendly staff, but beware of parking. I had an issue with my car being blocked in and the owner was not very helpful, stating, "it's not my fault the way people park!" Staff was very helpful and
sympathetic. Food is fair, but prices were raised this year making it a bit pricey to visit as the location is "out of the way."

This is a simple local restaurant/bar with a friendly, local atmosphere. It is situated right on Irondequoit Bay with plenty of boat dockage in the summer. There is outdoor and indoor seating. A great place on a summer day to sit and watch the numerous swans feeding in the bay and maybe feed a duck. Summer weekends also usually have very good live local bands with no cover charge. The food is fantastic! If you are a ribs fan, these are the best in the Rochester area. Another favorite is their chili during the winter months. There is also the usual fare, and all at reasonable prices. Hard to beat!
