I really expected more based on all the advertisements. The restaurant was pleasant enough in decorations. The waitress was awful - bad attitude. It was my birthday dinner. The waitress asked if we were ready to order. My mother mentioned I hadn't decided on the wine yet. The waitress said "shouldn't you decide the wine?" The implication being that I shouldn't order the wine, my mother should. The implication was clear. I was appalled!
The manager or owner came by our table several times - way too much. We were constantly interrupted.
The meal - mine was chicken stir fry, my mother's chicken portobello something. My chicken was seemed like it was out of one of those costco pre-cut chicken slices packages. My mother's chicken was extremely tough. She didn't cut it, she had to pull it apart. Although our meals were very different, the vegetables (* rice) used in each was identical.
If you're watching your diet, don't go. Menu is mostly high fat, high carb choices.
Prices were very reasonable. But, given the airs the owner/manager was putting on, you would have thought this was a 3-4 star dining experience.
