I have had two bad experiences with the food at this Applebee's. Both times it had to do with preparations. Medium rare steaks should not be crunchy. That is not an exageration either. They also subsituted food for no reason. I ordered a dinner that came with French fries and slaw. I got mashed potatoes and a vegatable medley.
I know good help is hard to find but this falls on supervision.
