A and B used to be a popular place to go but no more they have a bunch of lazy workers---- with no work Ethics. They lost their license to sell beer. The place is dirty - The Pizza was cold - the help was rude. We won't be back

Good pizza but horrible service and overpriced

I swear A&B makes it their mission to be as rude and incompetent as possible. I have never ordered a pizza to be delivered and not told "30-45" minutes- rarely does it come in less, but often takes an hour or longer and is usually cold when it does. My husband likes the flat pizza otherwise I'd never order from them again

Honestly, I love their pizza, but they failed me in an epic level. We called ahead, the lost the order, then we waited. The CHILDREN working the counter lost the order. Then they couldn't find where we were sitting, so they put the pizza under a hot lamp. After almost an hour we received our dry, almost cold pizza. We grudgingly ate after being made to wait so long, we finished and asked to talk to a manager. After fifteen minutes we gave up, and simply left. I didn't see ANYONE working above the age of 16. For customer service I'd rate it a -10. I'm writing them a letter then reporting them to the business bureau.

Had a bite taken out of my delivered pizza. i called the mgr. & explained i wanted nothing free and I was not "gonna sue" . I was yellled at and told her kitchen staff"would never do such a thinng" I kept trying to tell her "why would I lie, I don't want anything". I finally had to hang up on her. Eat at your own risk>

Wow this place has about the worst customer service I have ever experienced ! I call in to place and order for delivery and the lady on the phone was very rude and when I asked her how much a large taco pizza is she hung up on me ! I've been there three times and every time has been a very poor experience wouldn't recommend supporing their business just my opinion here.

Good Pizza, locally owned, great lunch specials. Many people that move away always return on their visits back to Bismarck.

Ordering was a CIRCUS! (10min for or service person to figure it out) He told us the specials were quicker than the pizza since we were in a hurry for state fire school we were instructing. After he walked back and forth past us for 50 Min. I asked the counter to check on our food, OPPS the order was never turned in.(only 5 other full tables) I was hoping for a heart felt apology but nope. just 5 hungry instructors waiting for their refunds (we were asked if we wanted just the cash or the 16 cents in change we were due as well. missed op. for A&B 1200+ hungry Firefighters were in town across the street for 4 days!! but we never told anyone to try the food, you'll get nothing and go to class hungry.

I have frequented here for years. They have renovated the entire north nolcation, much needed renovation. It is clean and nicely decorated. If you are looking for a good lunch at a cheap price check it out. Most lunch specials are around $2.00. The pizza may not be as cheap as other chains, but it is by far the best pizza we have in town!!! If you are looking for great pizza you have to give this place a try

Pizza is decent, delivery is horrible. Very slow, if you want to eat here go in person.

Excellent value for your money, Cheapest priced lunch in town - $2.00 plus drink. Best pizza in town/state. locally owned.
