Moved here from Lafayette,LA. I finally found a place here that reminds me of Acadiana.

This place may be too expensive for some but the value you receive for your money is above and beyond what you receive at some of the other local seafood restaurants. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy a great meal in a true Cajun atmosphere.

Our family ate there in September 2007. I must admit, I was a bit unsure of the place when we pulled into the parking lot, but my husband ate there the month before and convinced us to try it. Just like you can't judge a book by it's cover... The shrimp brouchette (sp) was to die for. one son got fried shrimp, said they were the best ever, and the son had a wonderful grilled chicken salad. My husband always gets shrimp and oysters, and loved them. The gumbo and crab chowder were also very good. Can't wait to come back through Houma. We live in Youngsville, so it's not too far. Worth a trip just to go there.

Good food and good music. Great place to throw back some beers!
