Your happy hour is horrible n the bartenders on Thursday March 7,2013 are the worst. Very rude and can't make a good drink. Cranberry n vodka was the worst!!A quarter of a teaspoon of vodka just doesn't cut it . I could care less that you are corporate stop screwing the public n the year round supporters SHAME ON YOU!!!

Patty melts should come on rye bread not marble bread. Ruined an excellent sandwich changing to marble bread. Our visits were always several times a week. Now I call to see if they have rye bread which you don't so haven't back been in a long time. I miss Geckos. Waitiing for rye for my patty melt bread.

I went to Geckos,I loved the food but had the worst service ever by Shane. He was very rude, and totally ignored us. Also he did not know the menu. We will not return.Maybe to a diiferent location.

Love, love this place for what it is...a sports bar. Friendly servers, bartenders, variety on the menu and the price is right.

Geckos on Clark Rd. disappointed me because steak burrito was extremely fatty. Unfortunately I waited till now to complain.

Warning: Do not order the chicken salad unless you're intent on cornering the market on mayonnaise. When we asked the manager on duty for help, her answer was a curt, "That's our recipe".

This review is for the Geckos on State Road 64 in Bradenton.
My husband and I had lunch at this Geckos the first week it was opened for business and have had lunch or dinner there at least once a week since then, except when we were out of town.
The 1992 Salad is the best around.
The homemade chips are excellent.
The Chef Specials at night are always special. Something to please every taste.
They definitely have the best Burgers in town.
A fun place to meet family and friends, and always a good place to take the grandboys. They love the mac & cheese!
We also enjoy the new Geckos on Clarke Road in Sarasota. We have dinner there the fourth Tuesday of each month on our way to a monthly meeting.
So glad we found this restaurant!

Gecko's has the best scrumptous food around. The wait staff are wonderful and the surrounds are great. I have never had anything I didn't like there. Very reasonably priced.

Geckos restaurant offers a fun atmoshere laced with great food and drinks. It's a great place to meet with friends and family or network and meet people. My family and friends have been patrons of Geckos since its beginning eight years ago. The service we receive is outstanding and the genuine care of Owners and Manager (all three are named Mike-I love that!) is incredible. All three are extremely involved with their restaurant and work hard to make sure each guest feels welcomed and appreciated. If you want to go to a place that's fun and offers great food and drinks, be sure to frequent Geckos! Tell Mike and Mike and Mikey that Linda of 'Gift Baskets By Linda' gave her definite stamp of approval and introduce yourself to them. They'll be gracious and honored! Enjoy!!!
