on a recent trip to Philly to to catch a couple of ball games a small group of us happened upon Fratelli's. We went in for a drink and some lunch. Well, lunch was so good we decided to have dinner that evening before the game. Everyone was more than happy with our meals. The wait staff was superb,we decided than and there why go anywhere else. We went back the next day and did it all over again!!! Two thumbs up!!! JW
