The idea for The Hole was conceived after too many mediocre late-night meals at the Denver Diner and Pete's Kitchen. The owner Michael, says that he simply got together with his friends and decided they needed to create their own concept that would include fun things to do with late-night food.
For example, Donuts and beer, then after beer, Coffee. What better way to combine the best of late-night foods with your favorite morning specialties. The menu will market 20 to 30 different doughnuts a day, plus sandwiches (on unglazed doughnuts), apple fritters, and a full bakery stocked with flatbread pizzas, croissants, danishes, breads and cream puffs. We've got 50 or 60 doughnuts in the mix, including a chocolate doughnut with Guinness cream, a PB and banana one, a Jack-n-Coke doughnut, and possibly a pork belly doughnut with an apple glaze.
This restaurant is truly one to check out! We look forward to seeing you soon!!
