Cala's is named after founding chef and owner Jeff Cala. His eclectic influences are still baked into the menu, but he has brought in Chef Matt O'Neill - formerly of Daniel in NYC - to further dazzle the palate. Cala's is known for some truly uncommon specials like ostrich, wild boar and antelope. While you're there, don't miss the Flirtini - A Cala's Classic. Our new menu is very tantilizing!Cala's exudes local flavor. The sophisticated yet small town feel is largely to its consistent clientele. This is the spot where blue collar and white collar come together for good food, good drink and good company. The banquets are actual pews reclaimed from a local church. And the paintings on the walls depict Manchester landmarks by two local artists.
Cala's is an inviting restaurant for families to dine out, friends to catch up and acquaintances to be made. The beers are always cold, the wine pour is never skimpy and the pint size drinks are worth the wait for a much coveted seat at the bar.
