Centrally located in Southfield, p (Pi) Restaurant & Lounge has a menu featuring eclectic European cuisine; from Italy, Greece, Germany, England, France, Spain, and many others. The atmosphere includes a 45 foot copper bar and soaring sheers reminiscent of southern Europe. There is a martini/cigar bar with couches and several HDTV's.
The food consists of dishes from all over Europe. Designed by renowned executive Chef Matteo Giuffrida (who has cooked for the likes of President Ronald Reagan), the menu consists of various dishes you might find in Europe: some well-known, some known and some new twists on old favorites as well as some new items derived from European cuisine. Our goal at p is to make you feel as though you are dining in Europe. The Metrotimes has awarded Pi Restaurant & Lounge "best Culinary Grand Tour" for 2007.
A brick oven is used to create authentic Italian thin-crust pizza with an all-day Monday special of $3.14 for a cheese pizza. The bar is stocked with over 50 European beers and wine from various regions of Europe. A large patio with a conversation area is also available during the summer. Jazz artists perform on the patio including Sundays.
