Open from 10:00 am to 2:30 am, 7 days a week (opens on Christmas Day at 12 Noon), The Mill offers daily specials, happy hour prices with free appetizers, and a diverse menu that includes Fryer Tuck's famous chicken.
Lunch and dinner are served daily while Breakfast is served every Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm. Live music will get you on the dance floor on the first Sunday of the month and every Friday night.
Fryer Tuck is famous for its chicken for several reasons. First, we feature only fresh Oregon USDA Grade A chickens. They're cut into 8 large pieces and cooked to perfection in 100% polyunsaturated vegetable oil. And finally, we prepare all our food in our own facilities without preservatives or flavor enhancers!
