Tom's favorite is the artichoke casserole with Gorgonzola but the #1 best seller (pictured in the AJC ) is the Insalata alla Amore. That's fresh tomato with creamy mozzarella and Tom's homemade basil vinigarette. You'll also be served homemade garlic rolls, light as a feather inside yet crispy outside, with a side of extra virgin olive oil and freshly grated Romano cheese as a dipping sauce.
