In addition to the food we serve and vendors we choose, WaterCourse Foods is dedicated to reducing our negative environmental impact by recycling everything we can, including fryer oil that is converted into bio-diesel. Our to-go containers are completely biodegradable. We serve water only upon request. We offer 10% discounts to bike riders.
