This people do not even deserve 1 star. The second you sign a contract and give them money they will not return your calls or meet with you. They will offer you things and not keep their promises. They cancelled our party 3 days before the event because they wanted to book a slightly bigger party on the same day, then they tried to charge us more because according to them we had extra people when everyone had a seat. All the good comments here are written by them, what a coincidence that they get a bad review on 12/28/2011 and on 01/07/12 they get 7 good one. Don't do it to your self this people are NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is just wonderful. We went here for my friends' 50th birthday party everyone had sooooo much fun. She did a buffet and the food was amazing. I ate right when I got there because at most places the buffet food runs out so you have to eat quick. Much to my surprise the food never stopped coming here. It was like an endless flow of Hot & Fresh food. I couldn't believe how many times the guys kept running in with another tray of food. My server was this sweet girl who was so friendly and got us anything we needed. All the staff member were smiling the whole night. I hope I get invited to another party here.

I went to my friend's wedding here at this Queens catering hall a few weekends ago. This Queens banquet hall was decorated so beautifully, and it was unexpectedly one of the nicest locations for a wedding. Something about it really takes me back. The ceremony was held inside and felt very nice and very intimate. Overall, this place is a very nice place for a Queens wedding hall, or Queens reception hall, and worth looking into whether it's for a Queens catering hall or a queens banquet hall.

Owner and staff are rude. Place needs a lot of renovations. The bigger room is listed to hold 150-200 people but it is very small. Dishes are not washed before they use them. Hall does not honor contract once they get your deposit.

I HAVE DINED BEFORE AT VILLA MARCELLO AND HAVE LOVED THE SERVICE AND FOOD. SO MUCH SO THAT I WANTED TO TRY AND BOOK MY DAUGHTERS SWEET 16 THERE. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM, OR GO THERE FOR OVER A WEEK, BUT KEEP MISSING THEM, OR SO I THOUGHT. UPON TRYING TO CALL YESTERDAY, THE NUMBER IS NOW TEMPORARILY DISCONNECTED! IT SEEMS THAT THIS PLACE IS NOT DOING BUSINESS ANYMORE! THEY WERE EVEN CLOSED DOWN ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY OF THIS PAST WEEK. VERY ODD FOR A CATERING BUSINESS. BEWARE IF YOU PLAN ON DOING ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY. WHEN I FIRST LOOKED AT THE BIGGER ROOM HERE IN NOVEMBER...THEY WERE MORE THAN HAPPY TO TRY AND TAKE A DEPOSIT FROM ME!
