I recently dined at Vic's Chophouse for my 1 year anniversary. It was nothing short of amazing. We did a "Chef's Tasting". The chef made a four course meal that was amazing. Our server Chris was very knowledgeable and recommended the tasting. The manager recommended a wine to us that went perfectly with our meal. They by far have the best steaks in the city. For dessert, one of the chefs came out and flambeed bananas foster sauce tableside for a white chocolate bread pudding. He flamed up the pan and sprinkled something in it that make sparks almost to the ceiling. It was great. I can't wait to go back.
