I travel across town for Vicki's.. They have had some of the best barbecue in Detroit for years. The staff is courteous and they don't mind fulfilling special request.

Ribs were nicely cooked and has the smoked flavor- loved it, the sauce is vinegar based (mild, medium,hot), Usually i only love the sweet sauce but this was a nice surprise, they r a cheerful bunch as well. Not many side dishes(greens, mac cheese) but what they do have makes up for that, Thanks for the great First Impression!

I HAVE NEVER BEEN DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOOD OR SEVICE. THEY HAVE BEEN THERE FOR YEARS AND THE SEVICE IS GOOD SOMETIME YOU MAY TO WAIT A LITTLE BUT IT IS WELL WORTH IT. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, AND KEEP THE FOOD COMING.THE RESTAURANT IS TAKE OUT. STOP BY AND GIVE THEM A TRY YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.
my son wanted some shrimp... i found Vicki's on my GPS on my Sprint android phone. it was our first time there. and WE WILL BE BACK! i had bought some ribs somewhere else..i saw Vicki's and i bought a half a slab there and took them back to my son and daughter in law house to compare the taste and etc.... Vicki's WON! my son took a pic of Vicki's i guess so he could post it either in his phone or on facebook to let folks know where to go for down home ribs.... we lov you Vicki's

The best ribs i have ever tasted. They are the TRUTH. Second to none. The Sauce is so mouth watering and the meat is so tender and good.

I love Vicky's Ribs. I drive from the far eastside of Detroit for a slab of these ribs. Deep south style ribs. The sauce is great! In a "very" urban setting.
