Uptown Lounge is a nice spot to head after work. You get cold beer, the best burgers and nice wait staff. It's casual and relaxing - no fancy frills. The only con is that it is a bar so you have to deal with smokers. Doesn't bother me but some people won't eat anywhere - bar or not - that doesn't have a non-smoking section.

They have an excellent new cook that has totally turned things around!! One may still get the basics of a bar, but they run nightly specials that will blow you out of the water. All of it at reasonable prices to boot! So, if you haven't been there since the new cook started at the end of January 2009, then head on down to the Uptown Lounge, where delicious food is just the beginning!!!
