Uncle Julio's is committed to providing only the freshest and highest quality Border Style Mexican Food. The first Uncle Julio's Fine Mexican Food Restaurant opened in Dallas, Texas in November 1986. Uncle Julio's popularity grew rapidly, and with it came an instant craze for a drink Uncle Julio's named The Swirl, which is a frozen concoction of layered margarita and home-made sangria. Uncle Julio's will bring food to your next office or home gathering. We will grill on site all the fresh mesquite grilled favorites you'd expect to find at your local Uncle Julio's.

it stinks!! portions are too small!! quality is medium??.I will not go back
Saturday night had to wait 45 minutes but the service was good and the food was good too. The marghertia/sangria frozen drink was excellent. Will go back but not on a saturday night.

Have had lunch here twice and will have dinner this week. The best cheviche, excellent food all around; very helpful service. A jumping place for dinner especially on the week ends. Am trying to see if they take reservations. Can be noisy in the large dining room but the smaller room with booths is quieter. Large space for outdoor dining overlooking the park.

Seems like everyone Saturday night wanted to try out the new kid ( or should I say Uncle)at the Park. The place was humming with people at the bar and eating or waiting for tables. Our promised phoned-in indoor request was ignored and we sat outside, rather than idle through another long delay for an inside table. Our young waiter had good intentions, but forgot to mention specials, failed to replenish chips and salsa and left the table cluttered with dirty plates and napkins while we finished off our drinks and waited for the check. The food was decent and a step above the familiar burritos and enchlidas, although I'm not sure quail fajitas or tacos will be a big hit in Boca. Prices were fancier too
than most Mexican restaurants. Not sure the place has a much better chance of making it than the defenders of the Alamo did. It could be a long, hot and slow summer here.
