I highly reccomend the sizzling steak tacos-amazingly good!
My wife and I went out for my b-day and we had never been to Tommy's. From the service to the appetizers,dinner and desert, it was A+! Who cares if the original owner isn't there anymore,whoever is running that place is doing a superb job. P.s. The kobe burger is to die for as well as the bread pudding!

I have spent over 300 dollars a year here before tips, and at least 60 dollars a weekend here before tips. This weekend they had a bouncer who thought that he owned the place, and even pushed me, and said "I quit, I'm going to beat this guys ass".

Just had dinner the other evening at Tommy's Restaurant. A wonderful evening was had by my whole dinner party. From the moment we entered till we left. A hidden jewel in Visalia. Do not forget the Bread Pudding incredible...

From what i have heard Chef Tommy has left the restaurant back in April. Funny how they keep the name of the chef who is cooking in another restaurant here in town
