The Hog Pit Smokehouse Bar and Grill. The Hog Pit is a new BBQ restaurant on the east side of Tucson. We are NOT looking to imitate other style of BBQ from around the country; our goal is produce GREAT smoked meats. If there are any similar ties with a particular regional style, it's because it reflects a profile we admire and like. We are very much aware that BBQ is a very personal kind of food, it's kind of like Coca Cola and Pepsi, we all have our preference, and it's very personal! We at the Hog Pit, are true BBQ aficionados, and are passionate about producing a Great BBQ.
