Restaurant Description
Now Open at Goose Pond Colony, The Docks, is the only fine dining restaurant in the area with lake access for any size boat. A relaxing, come as you are restaurant with a lighted pier, The Docks full service bar is open from 4 p.m. until last call. The kitchen is open from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and until 10 p.m. on weekends. All menus items are creations of chef and owner Mark Hall. The Docks offers live entertainment Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Reservations are recommended on Friday and Saturday nights The Docks is know for it's Shrimp and Grits, Filet Mignon and gumbo. The side dishes that come with the meal are anything but standard. A good example is that the Filet Mignon comes with Potato Augratin and asparagus. the bathrooms are shared with community swimming pool kids - totally disgusting and should warrant a serious food inspection infraction until fixed
