Love this place, owned by locals. The breakfast and lunches are so good! I am in a group that meets once a week to chat there and enjoy good food and the owner reserves the round table in the corner every Thurs am for us! The seafood gumbo is to die for! The breakfast menu is very hearty! You don't leave hungry. The coffees are superb!

I had breakfast here last week and the omelet and coffee were great. I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. I'll definitely go back and try lunch soon.

food is good but way too expensive. this is a fast food set up and you can go to a Chinese restaurant with waitresses and get the ambience, good food and pay less. I certainly won't go back. can't afford it.

Can't really say this is a review. We didn't get to actually eat there. One place online it said the hours were late on Friday evenings so we drove quite a way to check this out because our friends have recommended it. It was around 3:30 when we arrived. A sign on the door said new summer hours until 2 p.m. The open sign was still lit and we saw a customer leave with drinks. We opened the door and the man behind the counter didn't look too happy. We tried to be nice and asked if he was trying to close, but that the door was open. His response was "I AM TRYING TO" and proceeded to with a tone in his voice and a look that made us just quietly turn and walk out the door. We actually felt like we had done something wrong or should have apologized for asking. I'm not sure after his response if we'll take the time to drive back and check it out again or not. He could have been nicer. When you have potential customers, at least take the time to say "yes, I'm sorry, we are closed" or "please come back some other time" not be totally negative especially when the other person is trying to be nice. Just our experience. I'm sure it's a nice place. Too bad we'll probably never know.
