I hosted a wedding rehearsal dinner at the Addison location that was a huge success. The food was plentiful and tasted wonderful, service constantly attentive, and the ambience contributed to the fun and relaxing party the bride and groom wanted for their rehearsal dinner. We were allowed to have a pre-dinner coctail party on the patio and allowed to stay at our tables as long as we wanted. Everyone we dealt with welcomed us and accomodated us, even exceeding our suggestions. Fogo, across the street, would barely talk to us. They would have welcomed our party, but only if we were in and out in an hour an a half, and they insisted on setting the latest we could have been there. It may be flashier, but for my money, you can't beat the willingness to serve and be helpful that can be found at Texas de Brazil. The bigger (restaurant chain) is not always better.

This place was a huge dissapointment for me. I have visited Fogo de Chao and Boi na Braza (both wonderful) and I had expected Texas de Brazil would be similar. As it turnned out - it is a very nasty knock off of these. Instead of great meats, they serve low quality cuts covered with heavy spices to cover up their lack of flavor. Instead of real Gauchos they have clueless waiters serving the cuts. This is the sad truth when you try to copy a great success without making a full effort. Go to the originals, and skip Texas De Brazil. If it were at least cheaper, I would understand the lower quality, but they charge the same price as Fogo de Chao and Boi na Braza. If I'm going to pay the price - I'm going to get the real thing!

Best restaurant in Dallas. The food is always fresh. The staff are friendly and always explain everything that is in a roll. That alone deserves five stars.

I know this is only one review but I hope others will read this... The manager Karlo is a dismissive jerk. We were having a wonderful time the food was great! Until half way through the meal a waiter spilled red wine all over me. Mistakes happen, ...

The Picture on this site does not fit the restraunt at all. This is a very crazy and fun restraunt. Every table and booth has a different theme (i.e. one table you get to eat inside a volcano). The waiters and bussers are all dressed as a fictiona ...

My husband and I decided to try Rafain for date night last Saturday. We were so impressed. Excellent food and service. My only complaint would be the wine list. It was way too pricey for the quality of wine available. Next time we will just drink wat ...
