Visalia Restaurant Guide

Sorry Taylor Brothers. Ate your Visalia hot dogs this week. The dog and the bun tasted just like I can get at the grocery store. The chili was the WORST ever! What happened to you?

Bring shredded cheese of choice. They make them the way THEY want. I believe in traditions but traditions should be the clients choice. They didn't like it when I would put the cheese on in front of them. Other customers would look at me like they wanted some :-)

It tastes like they have changed their chili and I do not like this new Chili at all. Before the Chili change though, it was the BEST place to go for a hot dog.

I have been eating Taylors Hot Dogs for over 50 years and if I knew how to make them, I would open another place in Las Vegas.

A great timeless 'Hot Dog Stand'! Just good old fashioned steamed hot dogs and buns. Most of the time by 11:30 there is a line 15 people deep.

Come on, were else can you find 2 dogs & a pop for under $5.00 and they add your order up on a brown paper bag then make change out of a wooded cash draw. No cash regester.

I was raised on the 'Casper Dog' in old downtown Hayward and Oakland. Taylor's is the next best thing.

You will never going wrong at Taylor's Hot Dogs or as my son use to call them 'Taylor's Tots'

I ate my WEIGHT in hot dogs when I lived in Visalia from 1975 to 1980. I miss "Ma" Taylor, a lot. Great people, then. Jim Pixley, Corona, CA

i grew up on these hot dogs and after 30years still miss them !

It's an icon, more than anything. They still push out alot of dogs on a daily basis. Since the 'W' and Nathan's won't be moving here. I guess it's Taylor's (or Costco dogs!)

Great hot dogs, but somewhat close to a bad section of town. Great place to eat though just watch your kids.
