The Tavern... well on the outside it looks exactly what you would expect a Tavern to look like. Which is why it stands out sitting next to the local gas station. It's not too hard to spot, but the parking isn't the best.
Inside it looks like a lodge of some sort, you expect it too be hazed over in smoke, but amazingly enough it wasn't. The food is your basic bar food, but it's more than decent to eat. For example they have homemade mashed potatoes instead of the instant "blah".
Don't bother making reservation b/c they are easily forgotten, apparently. The waitress serves whoever sits at the table, regardless of who it may be reserved for.

bad Mexican Food...really bad mexican food. Don't do it. These people don't have a clue and it shows. If you want Taco-bell like menu offerings except worse quality, it's the place for you. Even Taco Cabana has better Margaritas. What's up with that?

Excellent food and draft beer selection, a true neighborhood bar feel with great staff. Surrounded by TVs for every major event, but especially like the huge screen in the back room.
